Return Policies
Feel free to return unworn merchandise within 30 days (more flexible during the holidays) of delivery to exchange it for a different size.
You pick up the shipping to get it back to us, and we pay for the shipping to get the new item back to you. We do not accept returns/provide refunds.
We charge a flat shipping rate. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days . Once your order ships,you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number. Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email jilasinc@yahoo.com and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible.
